You can tackle this time of year with self-care, both physically and mentally.  5.  Stay on a sleep schedule. Getting enough sleep at the proper time is important to combat stress. Remember, limit screen time.

 

 6.  Limit alcohol intake. An occasional drink is fine but overindulging can affect your sleep, eating habits, and mood.

 

 7.  Take some time for YOU. Enjoy the company of a good friend, go to the movies, or do an activity you enjoy.
