There’s a chance that you may be thinking that a workout will take a toll on your body, especially if you deal with pain. Let’s talk about low-impact cardio exercise its benefits and why these workouts are joint-friendly.

 

The definition of low-impact cardio according to www.sweat.com is as follows:

 

Low impact is a form of exercise that minimizes the stress or impact you put on your joints.

 

Cardio exercise increases your heart rate because your muscles are working harder and require more oxygen.

 

Don’t be afraid, low impact cardio exercise is so good for you. Your mind and body will reap the benefits. This type of exercise is good for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities.   • Elliptical: These machines can be found in gyms or you can buy one to use at home.
