Cut back on refined sugar, snacks, and take-out meals. If you’re busy, take an afternoon to batch cook to stock up your freezer and leave out a bowl of fruit for snacking on. Your sweet tooth will thank you. Replace carbonated beverages with water.
Take a look around your personal spaces . They should be calming, clutter-free, and organized. Take the time to purge what you don’t need. When the spaces you frequent are in a place where they should be, take a look at other parts of your life. Are your family and friends benefitting your life?
